Our Industry Approved Training Provider Instep are helping organisations across the Greater Manchester city-region to develop their leadership capacity and support their future growth aspirations.
This has been made possible thanks to the Greater Manchester Combined Authority securing funding to deliver UKSPF projects, which forms part of the Government’s wider Levelling Up Agenda.
Their Leadership Support Programme enables employed individuals to create a bespoke pathway to strengthen their effective leadership skills. Through this programme, individuals will learn about a range of tools and techniques that they can take back to the workplace to strengthen existing processes and drive efficiencies.
Individuals create a two-day Masterclass programme, with Level 3 to Level 5 options from the following key business areas. Each theme is equivalent to one day and themes must be chosen at same level.

- Project Management
- Sales and Marketing
- People Management
- Finance (for Non-Financial Managers)
