Food and Drink Welsh Apprenticeship Reviews
The NSAFD are working with the food and drink industry in Wales in order to ensure the Dairy, Meat and Poultry, Bakery, Fresh Produce and Fish and Shellfish industries have the right apprenticeship to meet their needs. We are working with employers and stakeholders to ensure the Apprenticeship and the qualifications that underpin it are updated to meet Welsh Government requirements.
An expert working group meeting for each sector has been scheduled where employers will have the opportunity to recommend how the Apprenticeships should be redeveloped to meet the individual needs of each industry, and to provide the most robust and technical content aligned to recognised job roles.
Dates are below. Timings for all meetings are 10am to 1pm.
28th October – Dairy
3rd November – Meat & Poultry
5th November – Bakery
10th November – Fish & Shellfish
12th November – Fresh Produce
