As part of their ongoing commitment to supporting the food and drink manufacturing sector, CQM Training & Consultancy, an NSAFD Industry Approved Training Provider, is hosting a series of free Lean and Continuous Improvement (CI) events this autumn.
These events are designed to help manufacturers explore how adopting a Lean mindset can improve processes, reduce waste, and create a culture of lasting operational excellence. The series offers both virtual and in-person opportunities, providing accessible ways for businesses to engage with Lean principles and see how they can be applied in practice.
CQM’s commercial Lean and CI training programmes are officially Industry-Approved by the NSAFD, ensuring the content is relevant, high quality, and aligned to the needs of today’s manufacturing sector. This gives manufacturers confidence that they are learning proven techniques that deliver measurable results.
