We are offering a series of workshops designed to assist you with your businesses apprenticeship programmes. The workshops will operate as open sessions to allow attendees to share experiences and provide each other with tools and techniques to manage your programmes more effectively. We will be hosting the following 3 sessions on a regular basis. Dates will be released monthly and we request that you register to attend to ensure your place.

This session will cover the critical stage of compliance in apprenticeships from the funding rules through to sign up documents.
During this session you will understand the role of the provider, employer and apprentice and be able to audit your own records to ensure you have all you need to be compliant. Our first compliance session will run on 27th April 2022 at 10am.
This session will cover the structure, value and importance of good governance in apprenticeship programmes. During this session we will look at how providers typically approach governance and how you can take the lead and work with your provider to monitor the effectiveness of the programme and the development of your apprentices. Our first governance session will run on 25th May 2022 at 10am.
This session will cover how quality is managed in apprenticeship programmes and enable you to understand the driving forces which determined certain behaviours in provision, and be able to influence positive change. Too often quality is measured using success data and timely completion, does this fulfil the development requirements within your business and meet your internal strategy? During this session we will look at techniques to identify what good looks like and explore methods of working with your provider to meet performance indicators. Our first quality session will run on 22nd June 2022 at 10am.
