Fuel Learning is a specialist leadership and management training provider, recognised for delivering development that creates measurable impact. Fuel designs and delivers high-quality bespoke programmes alongside apprenticeship levy-funded pathways, working with some of the UK’s most recognisable brands and complex organisations. Their work supports modern business priorities, continuous improvement cultures and sustainable performance by equipping leaders at every level with the capability to lead with confidence, clarity and purpose.
Founded in 2009, Fuel Learning has focused solely on leadership and management development from day one. Their programmes are built around the realities of today’s workplaces, they are immersive, practical and commercially relevant, enabling organisations to thrive by growing exceptional leaders and managers who can build, motivate and sustain high-performing teams in demanding environments.
Fuel’s ethos is grounded in putting people and business outcomes at the centre of everything they design and deliver. Rather than offering generic or off-the-shelf solutions, Fuel flexes and adapts its approach to reflect each client’s culture, challenges and ambitions. They operate as a true partner, embedding themselves within organisations and becoming an extension of the client team, not a transactional supplier but part of their leadership DNA.
Since 2017, Fuel Learning has delivered Leadership and Management apprenticeships at Level 3, 5, 6 and 7 nationally for some of the UK’s largest employers. As the second-largest provider of the Level 3 Team Leader standard in England, and an established provider at Levels 5,6 and 7, Fuel works closely with professional bodies and partners such as CMI and ILM to ensure their provision remains high-quality, innovative and continuously improving.
Fuel engages with organisations both nationally and internationally across sectors including infrastructure and food, retail, merchanting, transport, logistics, utilities and pharmaceuticals. Their programmes support learners from front-line and first-line managers through to senior and executive leaders within multinational and global organisations, providing coherent leadership development pathways at every career stage and across multiple industries.
Fuel continually invests in its people, capability and infrastructure. Operating a fully-employed model, Fuel delivers programmes through highly experienced in-house facilitators and coaches with diverse commercial and leadership backgrounds. From creation of leadership architecture, diagnostics and programme design through to facilitation, coaching and high-quality learning resources, Fuel provides end-to-end development solutions. Their dedicated account management team also supports planning, logistics and delivery, reducing operational burden and administrative demand that development programmes can carry, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
