Supported by Food Skills Cymru, this bespoke pilot training programme delivered by the UK’s leading provider of brewing training, Brewlab, aims to train up to 60 brewers over the next two years.
Developed with input from the Beer and Cider SIG, the course will cover topics such as raw materials, mashing in and sparging, wort boiling, fermentation and hop bitterness and formation. The first round of training with 10 breweries is set to take place later this month with future rounds to be confirmed.
