Delivered by food safety experts, this training covers current and topical food safety matters. It is an excellent update course for anyone who wants to keep abreast of food safety management and legislative changes which have taken place since their completion of an advanced formal food safety qualification.
The morning session will focus on recent developments in the food industry along with any changes to legislation and HACCP along with topical food safety issues. The afternoon will cover Food Standards Agency strategies, recent work of the National Food Crime Unit and an overview of updates to some third party certification schemes.
